| HOW TO ORDER Use our printable order form. Please write clearly to ensure accuracy. Fill in your name and address, and telephone number (in case we need to contact you) and email address for your order acknowledgement. Where a choice of colour or design is given, please indicate your preference, otherwise your order may be delayed. Ensure that you have ordered enough for your requirements, as our minimum quantities apply on repeat orders. Place your order either by post or fax. or telephone your order Monday - Friday, 9 -12.30pm 1.30 - 5pm. Payment is required with order, Debit / Credit cards accepted (for security, please do not email your card details). Cash should only be sent by registered post Cheques made payable to "Sue's Workshop" By PayPal to suesworkshop@talk21.com Prices All prices shown are in pounds stirling. SAMPLES We will be happy to send you samples of our products, if required. When requesting samples it would be helpful to us if you could indicate the design/colour you are interested in. Please allow 7-10 days for sample requests. DELIVERY Please allow 14 - 21 days for standard delivery from our receipt of your order (remember, if you post your order it may take up to four days to reach us). Please place your order as early as possible prior to function date. For Urgent orders please contact us. DESPATCH All Orders are despatched either by Carrier or Post Office recorded delivery and will require a signature upon receipt. Please provide an alternative address if you are out all day. This service is only available to UK mainland addresses. If you wish your order to be despatched to a different address, please write this clearly on a piece of paper and attach to your order form. TERMS Prices given relate to orders from UK mainland addresses (including Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland). |
